New Customer Information

You must have these things before city services are connected.

• Valid Mailing Address (P.O. Box or Street Address with Mail Receptacle)
• Valid drivers License or Photo ID (US)
• Lease Agreement or Proof of Ownership

Fees

• City Utility Deposit $150.00
• Connect Fee $35.00

Payment Information

• Payments Due: 15th of month by 5PM or 10% late charges apply.
• Last day to pay, the 25th by 5PM, or $50 disconnect fee will be applied, & disconnects will be on the 26th @ 8AM.
• Methods of Payment: Bank draft, mail, check or money order. (Checks or Money Orders in drop box located to the right of the front door please)
